I used TurboTax up until a few years ago, and had no problems, but the price hikes year after year drove me away!! I'm so glad that I found this inexpensive, but great alternative.

The interface is good, there isnt a video for every feature, so it is important to read each screen. They provide a step by step process for filling out the forms and personal information. The process is systematic and straight-forward.
You can itemize details for each line item you enter, allowing you to track details for each deduction or income item.
Faster and more organized than the paper method, excellent help screens, with some videos. This product is a better value than this year's version of Turbo Tax (2010). No hidden fees for use of printing, schedule D or other forms.
